Inova is building a new Franconia-Springfield Hospital campus at the location of its current Franconia-Springfield HealthPlex.
The HealthPlex will be used during construction, then become part of the Campus with the new Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery/Outpatient Center. The new Hospital Campus is scheduled to open in 2027, which is before the scheduled 1st Quarter 2028 opening of the new Inova Alexandria Hospital Campus at the WestEnd Alexandria project.
