These health care options just 15 minutes (or less) from Overlook will enhance both the "Livability" and desirability of the Community and the West End of Alexandria as a place to call home.

The current Franconia-Springfield HealthPlex will be used during construction, then become part of the Campus with the new Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery/Outpatient Center.
The new Hospital Campus is scheduled to open in late-2027/early-2028, which is around the same time as the scheduled 1st Quarter 2028 opening of the new Inova Alexandria Hospital Campus at the WestEnd Alexandria project.
